Our site's contact form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address and demographic information (like their zip code, age or income level). We use customer contact information from the contact form to send the user information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor if additional information is required for R.L. Stevens & Associates to understand the user's career situation. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data to tailor the visitor's experience at our site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences. Other data pertaining to the individual's career and job history may be collected to determine if we may be of assistance to the individual. This site is made available by a third party Internet Service Provider (ISP) which is the collector and storer of user information and our non- disclosure agreement. The ISP, by nature of the services provided, has access to user information. However, as a matter of policy, the ISP does not screen or review user information on this site. Our site uses a contact form for customers to request information, products, and services. Once the user closes his or her browser, the cookie simply terminates.   • Access to all data is limited to authorized personnel only. Access to sensitive data is revoked in a timely manner for employees that change function or resign.

  • Data is protected from unauthorized disclosure.

  • Protection from unauthorized disclosure is accomplished through employee awareness and an employee requirement to sign an agreement to adhere to the company's privacy policy.
